Our Breakfast

Our delicious two course breakfast is cooked fresh daily with healthy ingredients sourced from local suppliers where possible, or our very own veggie garden! We like to make breakfast a communal affair in our dining room, and find out guests love swapping travel stories. When we get a chance, we like to join in too!

In winter breakfast is served at 7.30am to allow plenty of time to make fresh tracks on the first gondola. However, we will do our best to arrange an alternative time if you need to hit the road early or would like a sleep in. We are also happy to cater to any dietary requirements, please just be sure to let us know when booking your stay.

Our seasonal menu changes daily to ensure only the freshest quality ingredients, however our staple items usually include:

  • Local Stoke Roasted Coffee Co's delicious Big Eddie Blend
  • Home-made granola or bircher muesli with fresh fruit
  • Home-made whole wheat or fruit toast
  • Free range organic local eggs
